Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is uninstalled and in its original packaging. You pay the return shipping in that case. Refunds land within 5 days of the part arriving back with us.

No. Once a wheel has been mounted to a tyre or bolted to a car it cannot be sold again. Test-fit a single wheel to the hub before mounting tyres to all four.

Fitting a non-original part can affect the vehicle warranty on the parts it touches. We are independent of Tesla and cannot speak for them — check with Tesla if that matters to you.

No. Checkout works as a guest, and you can look up any order later with its number and the email address you used.

Card details never reach this site. Payment happens on Shopify’s hosted checkout, so we never see or store a card number.

Between one and three years depending on the part, stated on its page. A warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, not wear, accident damage, corrosion or incorrect fitting.
