What it costs, how long it takes and what happens if it goes wrong.

The cart tells you how much more you need to add before shipping becomes free, so you are never one item away without knowing it.
How long
Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are picked the same day. Delivery within the US is typically 2 to 5 business days once shipped. International delivery is 7 to 14 business days. These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees — weather, customs and public holidays all move them.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us. You can also look up any order with its number and the email you used, without an account, on the order page.
Outside the US
We ship worldwide. Import duty, VAT and customs handling are charged by your country and are not included at checkout — the courier will usually collect them before delivering. Refusing a parcel to avoid duty is treated as a return, and the outbound shipping and any return charges come out of the refund.
Large items
Wheel sets ship in four separate boxes and may arrive on different days. That is normal, and the tracking will show more than one parcel.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not moved for five business days, or a parcel arrives damaged, email support@volta-parts.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the box and the part. Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can claim against the courier.
